yeah..so lack of updates... i know i have not finish updating my Japan trip..

im LAZY! very!! anyway...had a good weekend.. went for buffet high tea with colleague @ Marriot on sat.. not bad..the cakes are nice..n they serve different variety.. but i wont pay so much to go there again..

after which met bf at cine to watch 'TAKEN'.. after that went JP to takeaway pizza n shashimi for dinner.. oh..we went to sign up Jap class..starting on 30 May..

oh..i love this guy - ZAC EFRON to the max. he's my new love now..even bf cant resist.. hahaa...sound GAY..

catch him on '17 again'..he's from high sch musical too..

Mt Fuji - Lake Aishi - Hakone

need to reach Hilton Tokyo hotel @ 7.45am..

in order to catch the bus for the 1 day tour..

Hilton Tokyo is pretty far from our hotel..therefore..have to wake up super early..

see..there's shrine everywhere..

@ the hotel...

we met our tour leader of the day.. very petite and soft spoken lady.. she can speak english very well.. coz she stayed at canada for yrs..
on the coach on the way to Mt Fuji

there's a theme park there.. was told that this roller coaster is on the Guiness World Record..

we reached a place for toliet breaks and shop for soveniors...

we are lucky that day..we could go up to the 4th..

and took a bullet train back to city..

Gotemba Premium Outlets

Left the hotel early to the train station to get the earliest bus tickets..

but when we reach its already 9am..the earliest is 8plus..

the bus had left..so we had to purchase the next slot which is at 10.30am..

so we bought the 2 way tickets..

so off we slack at starbucks...

one cons is we had to finish shopping n board the bus back to city at 6pm..

by the time we reach the place is close to 12pm..so im left with 6 hrs to shop..

n its not ENOUGH!!! i run as i shop..

there's hundred over shops to cover..east and west wing..

at corridor outside our room..

slacking at starbucks..

at around 10am..we cross the road n went taka..

went to see the Samantha Thavasa wallet n bags..

its their local brand there..

outside taka waiting for bf to finish his smoke...

after 1hr n half journey..we reached...we took a short nap on the bus..

the bus can lay back too..

Shibuya Day

Shibuya is another shopping places..

but our main purposes of that day is to go to

the Tobacco and Salt Muesum..

we search n follow the map given..

took around 1 hr plus..we reach there..

n its closed for renovation..

i nearly fainted..

afterwhich we went for breakfast..

had ramen..haha...that's the cheapest breakfast we can find..

japanese are very healthy..you wont get to find soft drinks in the eating outlets..

they only serve hot/cold green tea..

as usual went shopping.. they have bathing ape..n many other big malls there..
had our late lunch at this place.. they serve very nice ton katsu with cheese.. but of course not cheap

cant wait to start eating...

after late lunch..procced to 109 shopping mall

the gers there are hot..n they have large variety of clothes n shoes there..

its all for gers..nothing for guys..bf very sianx..stand there n look at gers loh..hahah...

Shopping at Ginza...

Ginza is like our Orchard Road..

High end shopping malls with high end stuffs..

but as jan-feb is their sales period..

hahah..i shop..n its cheap..

they have big flagship of H&M..my favourite..

they seal off the traffic to allow ppl to walk freely on the road..

dear standing in the middle of the road..

Japanese love dogs..they treat it like their children..

n they can bring their dogs to anywhere.. not like in sg..

heard from the Mt fuji tour guide.. its expensive to have children in jap.. therefore..they preferred dogs..

at a toy store..which have 4 floor up n 1 basement level..

jap love toys to much.. very cute stuff..feel like buying all back..

we spent the whole day at Ginza...

n we did not finish..its too big..

afterwhich we took a train to Ueno..

we went to the night market again..

to search for the tidbits store...that Quan Yi Feng n Ben show promoted..

but we can't find..but bf bought a leather shoes n a patent jacket..its so cheap

so end up..we had our dinner there..

there is this store selling good spag..

its underground..very cosy..

and their in house drinks are very nice...

Skiing Day

dear keep wanting to go skiing..

therefore, we purchase the bullet train ticket the night before

at the train station..

took the earliest bullet train to Gala Ski..

the juroney took 1 n half hr..

the seats are very comfy..

can lay back n take a short nap..

dear n his favourite cocoa drink...its warm..

reached!! its snowing..

*happy* coz i didnt get to see the snowing part in korea last yr..

there are stuff that speaks english..guiding us..

dear wanted to try ski board this time round..

so we pay for a coach for 2hrs..to teach us..

im really not talented in this..after the first round of coming down the steep slope.. i gave up..i dun want to slow bf n the coach down..

so i sat at the bottom n play snow...-_-""..

after 2 hrs..i took the gondola back myself and go for hot spring..

the hotspring has 2 section..one with swimsuit..n one is private..

naked hot spring..went for both..the whole place..there's only me myself n i.. as though like i book the whole place..

after the hotspring..they have a room for you to dry your hair n make up..

after that i took a gondola back to the ski place to see if dear

finish his 4 hrs of ski...

Last Day of the trip (3 Feb 2009)

Woke up very early as usual around 5 plus in the morning..

coz we are rushing to the famous Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo.

i wont want my bf to be in leopard print leggings..

happy new yr!!!..

a brand new yr...a brand new start...

hope this yr will be a better year..

another 20 more days..departing for JAPAN...

im so looking forward to it..

coz will be travelling on my own..shld not be a problem..except the language barrier..

weijin can do..so can i..

i knoe that i will not regret on this trip n will be a fruitful one..

going there for 11 days n 9 nites..schedules are pretty pack...

there lotsa of places to cover in a day..n hope that it will not be too cold to stay outdoor..

will update again..on my xmas dinner with my gf..

yea yea..time for update..

been very lazy to update...and very busy with the planning of my japan trip

peak is over and xmas is coming in another 2 more days..

and very fast..its gonna be 2009..

Wish everyone a merry xmas and a happy new yr..(just in case i dun blog till next yr)...

anyway...just updating everyone on my shenzhen trip during oct..

Was there for 5 days..

1/2 day of theme park..theme park is huge..with different themes in within the theme park..

1/2 at Windows of the world..its equally huge too...we didnt finish both the theme park n windows of the world..

The rest are all for shopping..ok..i lost to bf..WHITE FLAGS UP!!! he really shop like no body biz..i didnt really like their clothes except for H&M. i bought 70% of my clothes there..

they sell nice stuff at an affordable price...the 5 days there are really tiring..coz we keep walking non-stop..the DVDs there are cheap..and not pirated..bought alot of HK drama n korean shows back..

their big shopping malls are really huge too..they have so much space till they build an ice-skating rink (bigger than jurong east) on the 3rd level...their shopping malls are super ATAS! they have big brands that Sg taka do not carry at all...

overall..this trip is good..but the ppl there are HORRIBLE...i myself must behave like them after the 2nd day...THROW FACE!

been very busy... here comes the long-waited peak period.. WAH! the work load is horrible.. and i have been eating mooncake ever since 2 weeks ago.. every day there will be RMs bringing in mooncakes to our office... the sight of it make mi wanna puke.. and this year, i didnt get to try my GOODWOOD PARK.. next yr, i will make sure im early!
anyway..its a sunday and i dun wanna tok abt work.. went out as usual today.. bought my new phone..SAMSUNG OMNIA.. consider quite long before getting this phone.. coz i think its quite expensive...
looking forward for my shenzhen trip this oct.. counting down n looking at my calendar every day at work.. after today..left with 29 days.. ok..its reaching soon..hang ON!

ha..im back..

after so long...

very lazy to update la..

anyway..work had been busy this few weeks..its starting to pile up!!!

i dun seems to understand the system at this company..or it happens in every company..

there are like 2-3 weeks that we slack till we feel so bored!!!

going toilet every half n hr..toking in cliques at the vending machine for at least half n hr each time...

than come the time..where the work load all come in at once..till i cant breathe!!!

and when i see the backlog pile up everyday..its just like monitoring the stock mkt..

and the backlog is sent to our boss every morning..

i can't imagine..if the backlog hits 100 on monday..i bet she will fall off the chair!!

enough of work..life been good..just that..everyone seems missing in action..

it might be parts n parcel of life that ur friends get lesser as you age..

dun seems to see them as often as before..

everyone is so busy with their life..that's y...

somehow..i feel kind of disappointed..

that im distance from my friends..

not all..but at least..i get kelly's email everyday..

coming to relationship between ppl are nv easy to maintain...

it takes 2 hands to clap..

no use when trying to organise something for everyone..

and yet there are tonnes of excuses to push it off..

how long have we been talking abt a trip to somewhere together..??

but it nv did happen..after so long...

the only thing im looking forward to is..

the upcoming shenzhen/HK trip in mid-oct with dear..

and the Japan trip during the coming Chinese New year...

book tickets during NATAS fair..

the Japan trip really cost a bOMB!!!its gonna be so fun...!!!

nat...here's the UPDATES!!!

hahha..i missed u..but i dun missed stuggling with u..

hahhaa..another 1 more mth..its will be over..hang on!!

anyway..work had been ok..

somehow, i enjoyed working here compared to baker..

maybe coz i had lots of freedom and no travelling are required..

and i had manicure/shopping/coffee khaki during lunch time..

coz lunch is 2 hrs long!!!

and i have whole office of SIAO CHAR BORS!!!...

i can't imagine..they are equally SAMPAT!!!

and im quite surprise..dress code there are kind of relax..

there means..there is no need for long sleeve shirts!!!

i hate long sleeves shirt..make mi so stiff all day long..

whaha..last wed..we had birthday cum welcome cum farewell parties

in the office..there's mountain of FOOD!!!!

YEAH!!! tomolo is PAY DAY!!! i want shopping!!!

actually im busy in the nite too..coz im holding my 2nd job in the nite..

all i can say that..with the less than 2k per mth..its nv enough for me..

that's y..i have the 2nd job..and it pays me quite well..

so yea..rite now..im enjoying my life!!!!

finally...my first session of GYM is tomolo...

hehee..heard my personal instructor is a hunk..

and quite handsome..whahaha..im anticipating..

ok..im done with updates...

end of second week of work..

this week quite busy..

coz 1 of the guy just left..and he cant have backlogs..

as told..peak period is coming..

im anticipating...hhaa..

without sch..i can say that im

quite free in the evening and weekend..

therefore, im doing online spree now..

mostly are korean imported goods..

currently holding a korea tee spree..

i had always been wanting to do something like this..

coz partly i like shopping...

im back..this week is a brand new start at UOB..

my office is at SGX building..

my job scope is to spread the FS of different companies..

mostly SME companies..my colleagues are very friendly...

all around 20s.. so i guess there's no communication problem..

the culture in UOB are very different..we work in teams of 10-12..

unlike in audit..sometimes..there's only 2 ppl..

i have my own big big desk...and im surprise..they provide

lotsa of stationery..their puntucal n staples & staplets are of XXL size..

and i have 6 big drawers all for myself..and one thing good is

they have high partitions in between the tables..and this means alot..

alot of privacy..and i have one phone to myself..

But the cons are, they issues lotsa of security cards..

one for the SGX building..the other one for the office..

another card as the identification of a UOB staff...

and we need keys to go toilet!!! that's so maFAN!!

but they have a vending machine there..hahha..its free for UOB staff..

so far..i will have at least 2 milos per day...

ok..enough of work..

anyway..last sunday..dear n mi had..JUMBO SEAFOOD..

its a spontaneous decision..

so off we went to the one at Riverside point..

but once we get out of the car..dear want to LS!!!

so we went to search the toilet first..and he went in..

was waiting for him outside..

on our way to the resturant..

we nv had enough of pics..

waiting in line for the queue..

there's lots of ppl there..and had to wait coz we

reserve a place..

the waitress asked us to come back in 30 mins..

so..we walk to Central mall and have Sabu ice-cream first.. we had durian flavour this time..

after half an hr..we went back..but there's still

no seat for us..so we went to seat at the waiting area

and think abt wat we gonna have for dinner...

after 10 mins, there's finally seats available for us..

and its beside their fish tanks.. look at the feelers of the lobsters..huge..

the prawns tank..beside me..

we want food!!!

here comes our first dish.. shark fins with crab meat...

i can say they serve good shark fins here..

the shark fins are in big pieces..unlike those

we had outside..

2nd dish..ABALONE!!!!...

this is expensive..but dear have expensive mouth..

so he ordered this..

its as expensive as the crab!!! heart pain..

but i must say..its really dope!!

a big bite off the abalone..

ordered a veg to balance out the meal.

and of course the CRAB!!! we came here for the crab..

the serving is just nice for both of us..

and not forgetting the fried man tou with the sauce..

yeah!!!...i receive my clothes from Charlotte Russ..

this is the first time i order my clothes from this US Web..

and its by myself..coz this time citibank collabrate with Borderlinx..

therefore, a lot of procedures are much faster than

using Vpost..

It only took them 9 days from the time i order to reach sg..

*happy*...at least i got my clothes in time for work..

and Borderlinx gave me a free $10 Macy's gift card..

i tried to upload the pics..of the parcel and my korea trip..

but there's something wrong blogger..

so..will post the pic tomolo...

Day 4!!

start out the day with breakfast..

but this time round..we have american breakfast..

after so many day..

the breakfast were quite delicious compared to korean breakfast..

the 4th morning were extremely cold..

i took only a few step out of the hotel to put the luaggage into the bus..

and my feet was frozen for the whole journey from to Everland..

the journey to Everland were around 2 and half hours..

i hate that kind of feeling coz i felt like i was paralysed!!!

each step u take, i felt like needles piercing into my bone..

its so painful!!!..it didnt get any better until noon time..

after breakfast..we proceed to Everland..its another of their famous

theme park..this time round..there were not many ppl..

as holidays were over..

its is like our night safari..

they have it in aus too..but the one in aus is all white..w/o the strips

tot that there was someone inside..and tot it was a mascot!!

after which we proceed to this attraction named Snowbuster..

me while sliding down the snowhill..very FUN!! can played as many times as we want!!

after that we had our own lunch..

and we tour Everland ourselves..

at their saviour shop.. they have wide range of products..they are so cute

that u want to bring home everything..

we had mushrooms pot that nite..

than proceed to YongPyong..

its the ski resort!!!! this is the most forward-looking place

among the whole trip for dear..

we put down our luaggage and went exploring..

this place is called the Winter Sonata Cafe..

this is their shooting place...

its all cover with snow..

thus wearing a good boots is neccessary..during winter time..

it cost around 20 bucks for 2 meals...expensive..

went to the supermarket to buy tidbits again.

dear caught a mini tasmania in the arcade!!!..

my dad threw the giant tasmania away..

but i brought home a mini one..keke..

we bought lots of tidbits..and ended our night

with a few rounds of daidi..with our tour mate..

Day 3..

we had our breakfast on the boat..

as usual..breakfast was awful..

the place we had our breakfast...

after that we proceed to a place where they sell ginseng powder

its an eye-opener..as the ginseng is in a form of human beings..

but the ginseng there are very expensive..

it cost around 800USD for a bottle of ginseng powder...

next stop..we went to the purple gems factory..

me n dear walk one round..and came down less than 5 mins..

we went to 7 eleven to buy tidbits instead..

proceed for lunch..and next stop is the Decksan Spa Castle..

its a place for spa and hot spring..

and we stayed a nite there too..

its like our fantasy island..but its much more bigger and fun..

at first we tot it was a room onlee..

but to our surprise..its like an apartment..

with balcony..overseeing the whole swimming area...

hahha..cant imagine swimming outdoor at onlee a few degree celcius.. but we did it!!! the chilling wind down our bone..

the tempreture of the hot spring is as high as 41 degree..

but at that kind of weather..its consider warm only..

we finish our swim at around 7pm..

went back to clean up.

and proceed for dinner...

Day 2!!!

woke up at 6am n meet at the lobby at 7am

had our breakfast buffet..

to me..korean breakfast are not very delicious

except for their porridge.. after breakfast..we proceed to Kimchi making session..

its a place where we learn to make kimchi..

the classroom..the guy in front is our tour guide..

the undone kimchi..with a cup of ginseng milk.. the ginseng milk is for drinking..

after kimchi making..we can try on

their traditional customes..

after that we went dongdaman for some shopping

the things there are bit expensive compared

to myeong-dong..onlee had 2 hrs..didnt buy much..

after shopping..we went for lunch..and proceed

to Lotte World..their theme park..

Due to holiday..there's lotsa of ppl there..

DELICIOUS!!!!

the houses at that area is the most expensive..

indeed..the whole street was filled with

flagship of all sort of branded stuff..

but its all close..due to chinese new yr..=(
